Shipping Policies and Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We are not responsible for your order if it gets lost in the mail, stolen, damaged, etc. Once the package leaves our hands at the post office, there is nothing more we can do about a refund/damages. We are working on getting shipping insurance widely available to all our customers. 

We do NOT do refunds, exchanges, or returns for any items. Custom order refunds are not up for negotiation, as we spent time & supplies on a specific piece for you. 

Long delivery or wait times do not warrant a refund. Please communicate with us directly about the issue and we will do what we can to get you an accurate delivery date.

 All in stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after purchasing. Made to order items will be shipped after turn around time + 1-2 business days for packaging and processing your order.
Once shipped, your order is expected to arrive within 2-7 business days depending on location. This time frame applies to orders in the states only. Please reach out to ckscreationsshop@gmail.com to inquire about shipping times for out of country locations.

Shipping pricing varies from each item. To get an accurate price, begin checking out and enter your shipping address to view available shipping methods with prices.

We offer shipping through UPS, USPS, and DHL.

RESIN GEODES DO NOT COME WITH MOUNTING.

 

All pieces are done on my choice of canvas unless you specify what you’re wanting. Most of my geodes over 16x20 inch are done on 1/8 inch of treated plywood. They do not come with mounting brackets but are available for $3 each. (small pieces need one & bigger pieces need two) The rest of my pieces are done on stretched canvas or canvas panels.

 

If I have your finished piece for over two weeks without a response or a date for pickup/meet, I will keep it & auction it off, assuming you no longer want it. You then will be able to reorder your piece again for 50% off.
